Delivery and Pick up times
|
Mon-Fri: 7-11:00am for delivery and pick up is after 6:00pm. These are just our standard dop off/pick up times if another time frame is needed give us a call and we will accomodate you the best we can.
Saturday: 7-11:30am for delivery and pick up is 6:00pm. Under certain curcumstances we would drop of friday evening(Usually Waterslides). If requested the inflatable may be kept later then 6pm. For a $30 over night fee the Inflatable can picked up on Sunday morning.
Sunday: 7-11:00am for delivery and pick up is 6:00pm. Under certain curcumstances we would drop of Saturday evening(Usually Waterslides). If requested the inflatable may be kept later then 6:30pm. For a $30 over night fee the Inflatable can picked up on Monday morning.

We offer weekend rentals at a special discounted rate. Weekend rentals are delivered on Saturday
morning before 11:00pm and picked up on Monday morning. Optionally, we can also deliver on Friday
afternoon and pickup on Sunday afternoon. Call for Pricing and Booking.

Free delivery is provided for Hammond, Ponchatoula, Loranger, Independence, Tickfaw, Natalbany, Bedico, Robert, Albany, and the town of Springfield(within 3 miles of the town).**If planning on renting multiple units while living in a area with a delivery fee please call for possibly having the fee waived**

All reservations over $200 require a $50 down payment and all reservations under $200 require $35 down payment using credit or debit card. The balance is due upon delivery and can be paid with cash, check, or credit card over the phone. If order was placed online log back in to pay the remaining balance. Deposits will not be refunded unless it is becasue of bad weather or the cancellation is made 7 days prior to your event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
|
For any cancellations made 7 days prior to your event, there will be no charge and any deposits will be refunded. Should you cancel 6 days or less of your event; the deposit will be kept on file for 6 months to reschedule the event.

At Xtreme Inflatables of La we do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or emergency conditions. For this reason, we stay tuned to the local weather conditions in and approaching our area. We ask that all customers do their part and stay informed to any weather conditions approaching their area. Safety being our #1 concern, we reserve the right to cancel any rental due to rain, high winds, or other weather issues and the amount of the deposit will be refunded. If the weather is questionable on the date of the event and you choose to have the unit delivered, the remainder of the balance is due and there would be NO REFUND, regardless of total time used.
(It is not safe to operate the inflatable when there is lighting, thunder, or winds in excess 20 MPH.
Remove riders and deflate the unit by unplugging the blower).

Rental Contract &Liability Release Rules
|
All rentals require an adult signature on a rental contract and liability release upon delivery of the
inflatable. NO EXCEPTIONS! At your request, we will e-mail you a copy of the form to review.

Yard/Electricity Requirements
|
We can setup on grass, asphalt, or concrete. Sorry we cannot set up on pebbles or rocks! The surface must be level and clear of sharp objects and pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable. We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated. We offer generators if one is needed.

- 1.Sort riders by size and weight. Do not allow bigger children in with smaller ones.
- 2.No shoes, eyeglasses, belts, jewelry, or any sharp objects.
- 3.No food, drinks, candy, gum, animals, toys, or other objects.
- 4.No putting water on the inflatable (unless it is a water slide).
- 5.No use of silly string, confetti, baby oil, soap, or any other substance.
- 6.No climbing on (or bouncing against) the walls, bumpers, roof, or netting.
- 7.No flips, diving, piling, wrestling, drop kicks, rough play, or bodily contact of any kind.
- 8.No running or jumping onto or off of the inflatable. No playing on the entrance step.
- 9.No jumping, diving, or flipping down the slide. No climbing on or running up the slide. Riders must
go down feet-first in a seated position, one-at-a-time.
- 10.Do not slide down until the landing area is clear of other riders.
- 11.No riders who are under 3 years old(unless a Todler inflatable, then no one over 3 years of age), pregnant, physically or mentally impaired, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have a medical condition that would prevent participation.
- 12.No moving or altering the inflatable, the anchoring system, or any of it’s accessories.
- 13.Spectators and waiting riders must stay back at least 3 feet from the inflatable. Keep people
away from the blower at all times.

Maximum Occupancy & Weight limits
|
-If not posted on the inflatable, maximum occupancies are as follows: Bounce Houses: 5; Slides: 3;
Combos: 6. Riders should be sorted by size to prevent injury
-Weight limits vary from 150-250 pounds depending on the inflatable. Please be aware of the weight

If the inflatable starts to loose air, instruct the children to exit calmy. For slides, have the children slide
down or climb down the ladder if less than half way up. Detach the roof or open the emergency exit zipper (if applicable) and assist the children in exiting.

It is important to walk around and check the inflatable every 30 minutes. Make sure the blower motor
remains securely attached and operating properly, the blower tube is not kinked, the anchoring straps
and stakes are secure, and the plug is securely in the socket.

If any incidental damage occurs as a result of not following the rules, negligence, abuse, horse play, or
exceeding maximum occupancy or weight limits, the renter will be responsible for the cost of the
repairs or replacement of the equipment. All of our equipment is commercial quality and will not be
damaged by normal use. If the unit is extremely dirty or has any gum, candy, silly string, or similar
contaminants, the renter will be charged up to a possible maximum $100 cleaning fee.
